Congrats, Wilto
We’d like to congratulate Mat Marquis on his new position with our friends at Bocoup.
Mat has been with us since the Boston Globe days and has worked tirelessly on our client work, open source projects, speaking at conferences, and writing about progressive enhancement and responsive web design.
He deserves a hat tip for taking on the herculean task of making responsive images a reality by chairing of the RICG to shepherd the picture and srcset into the HTML spec and (finally) into real browsers.
He’ll be missed for his sense of humor, love of Sriracha, infinite supply of hammer analogies, and strangely frequent birthdays. We wish you the best, Mat. Snag us some Bocoup t-shirts.
